Exchange & Refund Policy

-> Due to hygiene considerations, we are sorry that we do not accept returns for accessories, except in cases of defects.

-> We do not offer exchange or return services, so please ensure the color and size of the item suit your needs before making a purchase.
-> 925 sterling silver is a naturally soft material; slight bending of earring posts is normal and can be adjusted by the customer. This is not considered a defect.
-> Please note that slight measurement discrepancies may occur due to manual measurement.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange you a replacement shipment; however, refunds are not available in such cases. 
You do not need to return the incorrect item. We will ship the correct item to you.
